Norman Walter Garver
Norman Walter Garver, 86, the son of the late Gustav and Pauline Rauhut Garver and adored husband of Billie Fern Pylant Garver, passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2006 at Arkansas Methodist Hospital in Paragould after a short illness.
He was father to Gloria Adele Horwath of Chicago, Bette Jean Huet of Northport, Alabama and Ann Evelyn DeStefano of Sugarland, Texas. He was grandfather to Dana Becker and Amy Hokanson of the Chicago area, and to James, Roxanne and Bridget DeStefano of Sugarland, Texas. He was a great-grandfather to Julian Becker and Nathan and Madelynn Hokanson of Chicago area and father-in-law to Patrick Huet and Jim DeStefano.
A memorial service to celebrate his life will be at his home (890 CR 530 Leachville) on Friday, February 24, and Saturday, February 25, after 11 a.m. Gregg Funeral Home of Monette is in charge of arrangements.
